Competitor Withdrawal Policy
If for any reason after registration you wish to withdraw from the event, you must inform the organiser by writing.
No refunds will be given. If you withdraw from the event prior to the withdrawal date you will receive a race credit note to the value of 50% of the original entry fee which can be used against the entry fee for another Trailactiv event.
Withdrawals must be received no later than 14 days before the event. E-mails must be followed by a letter & date of withdrawal is as postmarked on the envelope.
Credit will be issued after the event. Competitors who do not attend the event will not receive any form of refund/credit.
Race entries are not transferable between competitors. This will invalidate insurances undertaken by the organisers to cover the event.
Race Declaration
I understand & agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk & that the organisers, volunteers, partners & associates will be in no way liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim or expense which may arise before, during or after the event regardless of the cause.
I must ride safely with consideration for others. I also declare that the cycle I ride is well maintained & in good working order.
I agree to the condition of my entry & agree to follow the instructions given by the organisers.
I am healthy & have no medical condition.
